Kicks by Faith – Returns, Refunds & Donations Policy

1. Our Return Promise
We offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, in original condition (unworn, with all tags attached), and in the original packaging.

2. The Unique Donation Consideration
Because a portion of every sale is donated to charity, returns are handled as follows:

  • If the Charitable Donation Has Not Yet Been Processed: You will receive a full refund of the item price and any tax paid.
  • If the Donation Has Already Been Sent to the Charity: The donation portion of your purchase (minimum 10%) is non-refundable. Your refund will be for the item price minus the donated amount. We cannot reclaim funds once they have been gifted to our partner charities.

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us at kbf@kicksbyfaith.com within 30 days with your order number.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid shipping label (for eligible returns).
  3. Ship Item Back: Use the provided label and packaging. We recommend retaining your postage receipt until the return is complete.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt and inspection (within 5 business days), we will notify you of the refund status and issue the applicable refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Specific Scenarios

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all return costs and offer a full refund (including any processed donation) or replacement.
  • Wrong Item Received: We will cover all costs for return and correct shipment.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, socks, wristbands, and clearly marked final sale/clearance items cannot be returned.
  • Seller-Returned Items: Sellers must adhere to the same condition standards. Deductions may apply for items not returned in original condition.

5. Exchanges
For a different size or color, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order to ensure your charitable contribution is correctly allocated with the new purchase.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Returns: We provide free return shipping for items that are defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
  • Change of Mind: For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
